How to Book Your Class
Had a look through our website and decided to take the plunge?
Here's our quick five-step guide to help you go from homepage to pool deck!
1) Create your Swimclan Account
Whether you're on your computer, laptop or mobile phone, it's very easy to set up a Swimclan account below.
Simply sign up using your Facebook, Google Account or Email Address.
Or if using the Wix App, follow the instructions we've put together here
We ask that all of our class participants book online to ensure our coaches can plan accordingly for attendees. This also allows us to book more lanes if necessary.

2) Check our Times & Locations
We operate out of multiple pools with morning, midday and evening sessions available. Want to know the times and locations for our pools across Perth? Check out our timetable and locations pages and when you're ready, proceed to book a class!

3) Pricing & Plans
So you've decided to book your first session with us. Go you good thing! Not sure how many sessions you want to book? Swimclan offers a range of pricing plans designed to suit a variety of people. Our current pricing is detailed below and more information can be found here
Casual Single Session - $20
10x Class Pass - $165
One Month Unlimited - $175
Once selected, please confirm your booking and you're good to go!
Swimclan members can choose from single, bundle or unlimited session options
4) Prepare for your session
In the page detailing our locations here, we have added some handy tips and insights for all of our pools. This includes information on facility entry, creche availability, even tips on where to grab a snack after your session.
Please note that our Swimclan Pricing does not include facility entry for your swim. This is charged separately by each facility and this will provide you with more flexibility and the best value for money. Most leisure centres offer bulk-entry packages at discounted prices and this ends up being cheaper for you.
Your booking confirmation email will include some tips on how to prepare for your session. We also provide a wide range of swimming tips in our blogs which may be worth exploring here before you arrive.

5) Arrive for your class
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to give you time to find a parking bay and prepare for your session with land-based exercises and stretches.
Our coaches will wait in the reception area to welcome you until five minutes prior to the session start. After this, you will find them on pool deck with the rest of the swimmers.
Once you have paid your poolside entry or swiped your membership card to enter, remember to follow Covid-19 requirements such as using hand sanitiser and signing in on the SafeWA App.
If this is your first session with Swimclan, try not to worry. Just look for our coaches wearing white or charcoal Swimclan t-shirts and introduce yourself. We promise they're very friendly and will make you feel welcome!
